Samhain Sound Sessions with Laina
This time of year invites us to energetically clear out the old to make way for the new. It's a time for clearing our homes, our minds, our bodies, and our hearts. During your 75-minute session, you'll receive guidance regarding what is ready to be cleared in your life and within yourself to make way for what is to come. You'll also receive a sound tune-up to help create space, balance, and support for what is ready to be integrated. What to Expect:
The beginning of your session will focus on tuning in to what is ready to be cleared in your life (a reading). This can be energy that surrounds a closing chapter related to relationships, career, living situation, opportunities, finances, etc.
You will then receive a mini sound healing
"tune-up" to support releasing what is ready to be released and integrating what is ready to be received. You may also receive further guidance to work with after the session is complete.

About Laina Pilkenton
Laina Pilkenton is a trained and experienced sound healing and energetic practitioner who has learned from multiple teachers over the years. Laina began her journey with Core Shamanism and aspects of Andean Shamanism, and has since focused on practicing Seiðr (Norse "Shamanism").
She maintains an individual practice inside Illuminations where she offers a variety of services including shamanic healing, Runic divination, Reiki, sound healing, spiritual guidance, and more.
