Finding & Utilizing the Power of Your Voice Workshop
There is much power in your voice. It is the expression of your will. It has the power to make things happen in your life - for the positive or for the "negative." It also has the power to heal. Now, when I say "heal," I mean a variety of things: remember, integrate, empower, express, and more. Your voice is a channel and a conduit. In this workshop, you'll receive guidance in finding the authenticity of your voice, how to harness it for healing, practicing basic vocal techniques, and more. Whether you've been working on vocalization or have merely thought about it, this is a great workshop for meeting you where you are and giving you some tools for unlocking your own authentic vocal expression.

About Your Instructor
I am someone who has walked the path of believing that I have a "bad voice." During middle and high school, I internalized beliefs about myself that weren't true. I believed that my voice didn't matter, that there wasn't really anything it was good for, and that I shouldn't use it for anything.
When I began learning sound healing, I became exposed to Sanskrit mantras set to melodies and song (like many of us do), and found that I wanted to sing along. From there, I began to peel back the layers of these false beliefs and, over time, I literally found my own voice.
From a practical standpoint, I have 7 years of choir experience and education, and in high school, I took private vocal lessons. I also utilize my voice during sound healing meditations and in other spaces.
