The Reiki classes I teach take place in the Studio at Illuminations, which is inside The Cherry Building. Currently, I have the several upcoming Reiki classes available. Usui Reiki Level I

Deepen Your Connection to Universal energy through this Reiki Level I training. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. In Level I, students will learn ways to work with Reiki energy on themselves. Class covers the history of Reiki, its lineage, and how it was brought to the West, as well as some hands-on practice time. Students will also receive the first-degree Reiki attunement.

Usui Reiki Level II

A class that continues your journey into working with Reiki. In this class, you will learn how to work with three symbols to amplify and focus your Reiki energy. You will also learn techniques to practice on others, including suggestions for full-length Reiki sessions. Instruction includes hands-on practice with fellow students and your Reiki Level II attunement. By the end of the day, you will be certified in Usui Reiki Level II.

Usui Reiki Level III

We will deepen your Reiki training with the use of crystals & studying deep level Reiki healing. You will also receive a new attunement which will increase the vibrational frequency of the Reiki energy. Class will include hands-on practice working with this Level of Reiki, the new Master symbol, and crystals.
