2027 Shamanic Wisdom Retreat
Explore Elements of Core and Nordic Shamanism

Currently, I am in the process of planning a Shamanic Wisdom retreat for the fall of 2027. The details of this are not concrete, and there is no registration link yet, but the location will likely be in Eastern Iowa, Southern Minnesota, or Western Wisconsin.
The Key Elements of the retreat will include time to explore some or all of the following teachings and concepts:
- Unplugging from technology and connecting to the land
- Utilizing drumming and sound healing for personal practice
- Finding and connecting to your power/medicine animal
- Connecting with benevolent Land Spirits
- Exploring Animism
- Elemental magic and wisdom
- Shamanic journeying
- Calling in your allies and working with the Four Directions
- Honing your Intuition and utilizing Discernment
- Time to create Sacred Art based on your experiences during the retreat
- Fireside Ceremony
- Free time for chatting, sharing books, card readings, doing energy work, and/or receiving a 1:1 session with me (if requested)
- Exploring and invoking Ancestral Wisdom
- Herbal wisdom
- Quieting your inner critic and connecting to the inner child
- Stepping into your personal power and trusting your own wisdom
The retreat will explore topics from Core Shamanism as well as Nordic and Germanic teachings. To help with cost and to relieve some of the burden from your facilitator (me), this will be either a potluck-style retreat or a bring-your-own-meals retreat. As registrations come in, this can be up to the group to decide. I do not have a ballpark for a registration fee yet, as this will greatly depend on the location and venue.
