Movement & Sounds for the Soul: A Single-Day Fall Retreat
Join Us for a Day of Movement, Sound, and Creativity
Saturday, November 1st 2025 | 9:00 am - 5:00 pm | Hosted by Laina Pilkenton
Join us for a single-day retreat celebrating the fall season, a time of year when the veil between worlds grows thin and we honor the turning of the wheel. This retreat at the Studio at Illuminations offers a sacred space for connection, movement, art, and relaxation.
What Awaits You
- Sacred Movement & Sound Healing: Experience the harmonious blend of ancient practices as special guests Gina Molby and Jonny Lipford guide you through an hour of deeply restorative Qi Gong and Tai Chi. Allow Gina's sacred sequences to ground and center your spirit via gentle flowing movements while Jonny's Native American-style flute playing carries you into a state of peaceful meditation. This unique combination of movement and sound creates a profound opportunity for inner awareness and energetic alignment. This 1-hour adapted workshop is perfect for participants of all experience levels.
- Creative Expression Workshop: Channel the transformative energy of autumn through a guided art project designed to honor this sacred time of year. Whether you're an experienced artist or simply enjoy creative exploration, this hands-on experience will help you connect with the season's themes of release, reflection, and renewal.
- Community & Connection: Share this meaningful day with fellow participants in an atmosphere of warmth, acceptance, and mutual support. Connect with like-minded individuals who understand the beauty of self-care while celebrating the earth's natural rhythms.
