Throughout history, cauldrons held special significance in the home. They were once used to cook meals, brew beverages, launder clothing, and make food dyes and soaps. In some spiritual traditions, cauldrons are said to hold magical properties that are often linked to rebirth, knowledge, and transformation. In this ceremonial experience facilitated by Laina Pilkenton, you'll gather with like-minded folk to explore and develop your own way of working with the archetypal concept of the cauldron to initiate growth, change, and transformation in your life - and your practice!

What to Expect:

During this ceremonial time, Laina Pilkenton will facilitate the following: 
  • Discussing the significance and role of the cauldron in previous times
  • How to work with the archetypal cauldron to initiate energetic, vibrational, and spiritual change in your life
  • A cauldron "brewing" and sound healing ceremony intended to help you shift and transmute anything that may be holding you back at this time
The sound healing journey will feature a guided meditation technique that you can utilize for yourself in the future to continue to empower yourself and your practice.

What to Bring:

Please bring the following with you to the ceremony:
  • A journal and writing utensil
  • Comfort items for the meditation (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, etc.)
  • An open heart
  • A natural item (flower, herb, essential oil, etc.) that can be placed inside the ceremonial cauldron
This event is for people with all levels of experience and practices, whether you're a shamanic practitioner, a witch, or are simply magic-curious.

About Your Facilitator

Laina Pilkenton is a trained and experienced sound healing and energetic practitioner who has learned from multiple teachers over the years. Laina began her journey with Core Shamanism and aspects of Andean Shamanism, and has since focused on practicing Seiðr (Norse "Shamanism").

She maintains an individual practice inside Illuminations where she offers a variety of services including shamanic healing, Runic divination, Reiki, sound healing, spiritual guidance, and more.

Embracing our shamanic and witchy nature is something she is passionate about, in addition to supporting the evolutionary growth that human consciousness is undergoing in these current times.
