Lion's Gate Portal Sound Healing Meditation
Add some intentional frequencies and energies to your manifestations by celebrating the 8/8 Lion's Gate portal with us! This sound healing meditation facilitated by Laina Pilkenton focuses on creating a soundscape designed to help you relax and bolster your intentions for this year's Lion's Gate portal.
Through the power of intention and vibration, sound has the ability to help us shed layers of emotions, energies, and frequencies that keep us from showing up as our fully embodied and empowered selves. It can also bolster our personal goals and manifestations.
Utilizing various sound healing instruments, Laina will create a comfortable atmosphere and soundscape for you to tune inward and focus on your intentions. During the meditation, you will be invited to be in the svavasana pose, the final pose during yoga. To ensure your comfort, please bring any necessary items such as a yoga mat, camping roll, blankets, pillows, or bolsters to ensure your comfort throughout the meditation.
